Yesterday, I visited this store with no clue what exactly I was looking for. All I knew was what I wanted my hair to look like. Both ladies working went out of their way to help me. One spent over an hour describing products to me, telling/ showing me what they do, giving me many options, and answering any questions I had. She told me what other customers who wanted the same look as me chose and even took the time to show me examples of what the outcome might be using certain products. Once I decided what I wanted to do/ what products I was going to use, she explained any directions for the products that I chose that I wasn't sure I understood. Very thankful for good employees, and my hair looks awesome :)
Customer relations is really good at this store. Cashiers are helpful. They have a good supply of products I like.
