We were walk in at 10:55 pm ticket number 531 checked out through drive through register. The air was out. My family ordered everything. That had to be cooked . Not to mention THE ROACH ON THE COUNTER . see pics for details feel free to roll back cameras.

I have been here a few times now and every signal time my order has been wrong... like really bad wrong. But I have not given up hope, I will return in the next few weeks and order the same thing with the hope that they will get it right. I have faith that they can do it because they are always very nice. The food even though wrong is very good, scrape off that mayonnaise and tomato and have a bite, its not that bad. It's a great way to try new things, you might just like it. I feel that a solid three stars is very fair and deserving.
No issues. It's BK, not gonna be amazing food but mine was warm enough to get back to my hotel and still be decent. The employee behind the counter was kind enough to give me a couple free sauces even though they normally charge for it.
And of course we were charged full price. Will never eat there again
The food is usually very good, assuming you like the franchise and are ordering breakfast. Fancy soda machine inside (fill your own cup w/ any combination of brands and flavors). IMPORTANT: only eat there before noon. Service goes downhill as the sun sets. Also, the location right by the main intersection in town makes it hard to get in and out during rush hour (forget it at lunchtime).
Good service, pretty good burgers. My only complaint ever is that occasionally the tea tastes like it came off the grill too.
