Filled out an application in October. Was told it would take 7-10 days to go through. It took 2 months. Was approved finally and was told apartments would be ready by mid January. It's now halfway through February and still nothing. Management RARELY answers the phone and returns calls even less. Also during business hours the office is even sometimes locked. Steady dose of excuses as to why our apartment isn't ready yet. The apartments themselves seem very nice but the people/person running should be fired
