Everything was perfect from the breakfast to the call around service. Would gladly stay again.
The hotel was remodeled during the past year. Very nice interior.
The staff at this location were so very helpful. We had a situation where there was damage to our room (which was no fault of our own), and not only did they fix the problem, they upgraded our room to a suite. Their customer service skills were very strong.
Very well upkept and modern hotel. The staff was super friendly and it felt clean and safe. Would for sure stay here again.
The next evening, I had to go to the desk to get a bar of soap. The man working was very apologetic and extremely nice. The young man's attitude and pleasantries more than made up for those of the young lady the day before.
No complaints. Nice hotel for a nice price. One of the better ones in town. The workout room was pretty nice too.
The young lady at desk was many times over more interested in whoever she was talking to on her cell phone when I arrived at the front desk on Oct 13. When she finished her conversation the smile on face went away and she became quite sharp. Not what we normally receive when being greeted at HIE.
