very nice people had great in store service but when we first spoke with them on the phone very rude and they said they would deliver our merchandise between 4pm and 7pm and it is 7:30pm and they are still not here.

I like them they are very friendly and they have everything u need for a reasonable price I wouldnt trade them for nothing I love u guys..

They delivered broken merchandise which was contracted to be brand new and when I called and spoke to manager, I asked if the bed suite was used because it came with scratches and broken drawers. They had no problem immediately taking my money but don't want to immediately fix the issue of broken furniture. When asked how is he going to make this good, the manager replied " I have to send someone out to verify if it's broken then I can order a new one." The day they delivered it they knew it was lopsided and uneven. How does a dresser teeter back and forth like a seesaw anyway???? But it's new merchandise tho.

Love this place and so helpful and friendly

These people need business manners. I ordered a washer and dryer for Saturday delivery. They told my girlfriend it would be between noon and one for delivery. So I called Saturday am to confirm time. The store clerk told me it would be after 3 pm. So fine I had errands to do and got back to the house at 230 pm. Well there is a note they had tried to deliver at 117pm. So I called the store again to let them know I was home and could they come back. The gentleman who answered the phone was rather rude, short and said no he couldn't redeliver I would have to call Monday and speak with a manager. I informed the guy if this is the case I would just cancel and buy elsewhere. He said fine but I had to cancel Monday. OK so fine I will call and cancel Monday and the guy hung up without saying goodbye like he was offended. Well the store has now called three times in an attempt to redeliver when originally they couldn't deliver without speaking to a manager. So if you think I will buy a product and accept the run around for service your crew is mistaking. I figured a store would be happy to do a deal. To top it off some gal called and hung up to abruptly when I refused her 25.00month off next month if I accept the stores chance to sell me the appliance. If I am going to get hassle and red tape prior to delivery then what nightmares will show later? I suggest all avoid this store. Thanks for reading.

You have to go to the corporate office on them. That's the only thing they understand. When they get a bad rating for their store which is what you have to do when you contact the regional manager and corporate office. Then they act like you did them wrong when it's their job to be customer service. Wrong profession to be in if you have attitude. Might wanna rethink your career because every time I call you better get a fire under your rear or corporate will know everything.
