Went in today for help with silk flowers for my very very small wedding. The girl who "does weddings" told the girl who was at the front desk that she was too busy to talk to me today, to come back tomorrow or next week and she would help me. I found this very rude. I realize that most florists do consultations for weddings, but my wedding will have less than 20 people, and is a very thing. I went TODAY because it was convenient for me because I was off work for this very purpose. I suppose that if you can't help me when it's convenient for ME and not for YOU, you just don't want my business.

I was recently married (May 2014) and chose Town & Country to register at since it was close and convenient. Let me begin by saying if you are a bride in south Arkansas, do NOT register here. I came in to register and the owner was rushing and disorganized, as though she had better things to do. I registered for 4 sets of Fiesta. When I went to see what pieces I needed to finish off my sets, I realized that they had given me 3 too many plates, 2 salad plates that weren't the right color or shape, 2 different shaped bowls, and 2 different colored and shaped mugs. I also received pieces I had not registered for. Thinking it would be no big deal, I took back what I wanted to exchange for what was left on my registry. The owner was sick, so I left my box of extras and waited for a phone call. They called to tell me that they wouldn't be exchanging my Fiesta because they special ordered it. Since I now live 2 hours north, I had my mother-in-law go to pick up my extras and she spoke with the owner while there. The only thing that the owner was concerned about was why we had not come sooner, and that she didn't care to fix their mistake. My MIL looked at the registry and showed her where the mistakes were, but she still did not care to fix it. So now I have mixed colors and shapes of parts, and not enough of what I really need. For someone to bring you hundreds of dollars of business and you not bother to fix your mistake is awfully rude. I'm very disappointed in their customer service. I won't be back! Don't make the same mistake I did.

Great family owned business and the workers are very helpful.

Beautiful place with friendly and helpful staff. Great selection of flowers and floral arrangements.

store very crowded with uncaring workers. can be heard complaining to each other about the "bosses". used to be a great florist now just another place in town that does not give good service or products.
